 What if next year you did things differently? What if you began the year in retreat, a place to step out of your life and back into your Self, to set meaningful intentions around how you want 2008 to unfold? Last year five women joined Coach C A on a journey to Live an Intentional Year. The results were astounding as the women completed books, built businesses, got married and even got pregnant! Participants sited the safety and support of the group, the accountability factor and discovering they were not alone in their challenges as the most  vital gifts of the program. 

The year will begin with a January mini retreat lead by Master Certified Retreat Coach C A Crossman. You will enjoy luscious dessert, relaxing time in the hot tub plus group and individual exercises that will help you set your intentions for the new year in ways that support who you really are. As the year unfolds, you will be supported, challenged and celebrated in monthly group calls or in person retreats, culminating with a personal coaching session to decide what's next for 2009. 

With the support of a select like-minded group of women and the chance to receive coaching from a trained life coach the Live An Intentional Year Program will include four in person mini retreats,  January, May, September  and December at Ian’s Oasis, in Santa Fe. During retreat you will celebrate the phases of the moon and how they parallel the unfolding of your life, learn tools that you can use outside the retreat process and share the wisdom, joy and challenges of your fellow wild and wonderful women. In addition there will be 8 group tele-calls, one each month between retreats. The tele-calls will be a place to review your progress, ask for help around places you are stuck, set an intention for the next 30 days and have that intention held powerfully by your group. As a bonus at the end of the program you will have a private “what’s next” coaching session with Coach C A.  

The group will be small limited to five special women who are ready to create lives they love and support others in doing the same.
