Retreats offer participants the luxury of time; time to reconnect with their own wisdom and time to share that wisdom on a level playing field. Using a variety of exercises C A will expand your group’s connection, trust and vision, allowing them to honor and utilize their teammate’s and their own wisdom and contributions.
